Yes. Customers provide their own lock and retain all keys to their storage unit. For your convenience, disc locks are also available for purchase at our office.

We offer several convenient payment options for your storage rental. Customers can pay online through our secure customer portal using a credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer, and automatic payments are available. Yes. AAAA Mini Storage provides 24-hour access to your storage unit. Each customer receives a unique gate code, allowing secure access to the facility whenever needed.

Our Butler, PA storage facility is designed with security in mind. The property is fully fenced with a controlled entrance and exit, each customer receives a unique access code with recorded entry activity, and video surveillance cameras monitor the facility.

A temperature-controlled storage unit is heated during the winter and cooled during the summer to help protect temperature-sensitive belongings. These units provide an environment similar to what items would experience inside a home. Access is through an interior man door, and vehicles cannot be stored in temperature-controlled units.

When you’re ready to move out, please notify our office to avoid future rental charges. Once your belongings have been removed, simply remove your lock and leave the unit swept clean.

No. AAAA Mini Storage rents units on a monthly basis and does not prorate rent for daily usage.

Yes. There is a one-month minimum rental period. Storage agreements automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until move-out notice is provided.

Yes. Our storage facility can accommodate tractor trailers and moving trucks. However, larger vehicles may not be able to pull directly to every storage unit. If you’re working with a moving company, please contact our office in advance so we can discuss the best access options.

POD deliveries may be permitted with prior approval. We need to ensure the container can be placed safely near your unit without blocking access for other customers or creating safety concerns. Please contact our office before scheduling a POD delivery.
