How do I rent a unit?
a. Online through RENT NOW tab and you must pay with credit/debit/or ACH.
b. Call office to make an appointment to rent in person OR to see unit beforehand.
What do I need to rent?
a. A valid photo ID
b. Proof of insurance or you will be required to take tenant protection.
Do I need a lock for my unit?
a. Yes. You provide your own lock and keep all the keys.
b. You can purchase a disc lock in our office.
How do I pay for the unit?
a. Online with card or ACH via customer portal. Automatic payment option is
available.
b. Pay during office hours, cash, checks, & credit card accepted.
c. Mail check or money order to 135 Kriess Rd Butler, PA 16001.
Can I use my unit 24/7?
Yes, you will have a unique gate code and can access your unit 24/7.
What type of security does the facility offer?
a. The facility is completely fenced in with one entrance/exit.
b. All customers receive a unique code to enter and exit with entries recorded.
c. We have video surveillance cameras.
What is a temperature-controlled unit?
The building is heated in the winter and cooled in summer, just like if your items
were in your home. You must walk through a man door to access the unit. No
cars can be stored in a temperature-controlled unit.
What do I do when I no longer need the unit I am renting?
a. Please notify the office to avoid being charged.
b. Remove lock and sweep unit clean.
Can I pay per day for the rental?
No, we do not prorate rent.
Is there a minimum rental period required?
a. One month minimum.
b. Rental agreement renews monthly until move out notice is given.
Is the storage facility tractor trailer accessible?
Yes. However the tractor trailer may not be able to pull directly up to your
specific unit. Please contact the office to discuss your needs if a moving
company is bringing your items.
May I drop off a pod to unpack my items?
Only with prior approval. We need to be sure the pod can be placed somewhere
close to your unit without blocking access to other customers and it becomes a
safety issue.
