 All customers have 24-hour access 365 days a year to the fenced facility. Our facility is tractor trailer accessible. 

 AAAA Mini Storage offers a convenient payment option with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We can automatically charge your credit card each month, offering you a hassle free method of bill payment. Cash, Check and money order are also accepted. 

 A late fee of $10.00 will be charged to any account 20 days past due. At that time, the unit will be over locked and access to the gate will be denied. Cash, money order, or credit cards are required to eliminate the over lock. 

 Our company offers traditional storage units, as well as Temperature Control units. Temperature Control units are heated and cooled depending on season. These units are ideal for storing antiques and collectibles, business records or inventory, or any other items that need to remain at a consistent temperature.
No manufacturing, construction, mechanical (on vehicles, etc), residing, or unlawful activity is permitted on the premises. Storage of flammables, unlawful items, or perishable goods is prohibited. 

 All customers are required to access the gate with a unique personalized code. Video Surveillance cameras also monitor the facility. The computer system also monitors gate access and keeps track of who is coming and going. 

 Customers may provide their own lock, or purchase a lock in our office. All keys are kept by the customer. We also sell boxes and packing supplies for your convenience. 

 Storage Insurance is available at an additional monthly rate. Prices depend on the desired amount of coverage. You may be covered under your current homeowners, renter's or business insurance. We suggest that you call your agent to be sure. 

All rent is due on the Anniversary date of the rental agreement. If the unit is occupied on or after the Anniversary date, full rent is due for that month.  Occupant must notify Owner in writing ten (10) days prior to move out.  Rent paid in advance for the current monthly rental period will not be prorated.  Rent paid in advance beyond the current monthly term will be prorated.  Occupant must leave the space broom clean and in good condition.  Occupant is responsible for all damages.  All items, including boxes and trash left in the Space or on the Property after vacating will be deemed to be of no value to the Occupant and will be discarded by the Owner at the expense of the Occupant. Occupant agrees to pay all costs incurred by the Owner for said cleanout and/or repair, or  Owner may use a collection agency to collect unpaid invoices if Occupant has moved out.  The Occupant shall be deemed to have abandoned the Space if the Occupant has removed the contents of the Space and/or has removed the Occupant's locking device from the Space and is not current in all obligations hereunder.  Abandonment shall allow the Owner to remove all contents of the Space for disposal. Occupant hereby waives and releases any claims or actions against Owner for disposal of personal property resulting from Occupant's abandonment.

 We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number. We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes. 

 We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver AAAA Mini Storage does not sell or share information to unrelated third parties.
